1. Has neoliberalism ruined higher education?
"Neoliberalism" is a buzz word, a term used to confuse discourse on a subject. It is a word used by leftists to label anyone that is less hostile to free market ideas than the leftist himself. It can refer to people as diverse as Ronald Reagan, Milton Friedman, Barack Obama, Paul Krugman, F A Hayek, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and George W. Bush. A word that can mean all those people at once actually means not much at all.Because its meaning8is so fuzzy, it can be used to create "guilt by association" type arguments. Any bad consequences of any kind of policy can be blamed on free markets and individualist ideology, even if that policy has nothing to do with free markets. So the "No Child Left Behind Act" can be labelled "neoliberal", and its bad consequences associated in some vague way with free markets and capitalism, even though the Act gives more power over our education system to the Federal government. Obamacare's failures can be blamed on "neoliberalism" because the Affordable Care Act did not nationalize health care, but tried to work with insurance companies to find a "free market solution", despite all the mandates and regulations that destroyed any remnants of a free market. What we have seen in higher education is a watering down of education standards as a result of all the encouragement our entire society has done to get everyone to go to college. The government spends billions of dollars, and backs student loans. More money pumped into the education system by the government encourages schools to expand faster than they really can. Teachers are not available for good quality classes, so all sorts of crazy new classes are taught, like Women's Studies or other "social justice" courses. Even in the hard subjects, the quality suffers and there is less effort to make the courses relevant to the students' post-graduation careers. So students end up graduating with huge debts but no qualifications for a good job.Sorry, you cannot blame free markets for these problems. Which is why they try to use the vague term "neoliberalism" to try to create a false association. The very people who are responsible are probably the ones trying to create a scapegoat

8. Running powershell commands ruined the users
You are calling two different constructors Vladimir. The working one does just what you expect: set the domain and user from two separate strings. The second constructor, which takes a single string, expects only a user name, and probably uses the domain of the machine the command is being run on as default msdn documentation is somewhat lacking on this. The problem is that for all intents and purposes their username is , which is where the problem is. Getting the normal behavior back? either try changing the user name or (gasp) recreating the account object. If you mean normal behavior as in executing the third line with a single string input then try.
