For a *flexible* permanent (waterproof) paint: ....acrylic art/craft paint ....latex paint (for houses) ....artists oil paints (though they take long time to dry) ....tinted liquid polymer clay (cured) Other paints may be permanent (waterproof) but not necessarily flexible: ...."enamel" paints, oil-based paints for exterior houses, etc All of those paints probably come in a light blue. Some will dry glossy (if they are Gloss versions) or they have a clear gloss finish applied onto them. Some will have "sparkles" in them if they have mica flakes in them, or perhaps microfine polyester glitter (or a gloss finish applied to them have one of those in them).

7. Animal cells burst in hypotonic solutions, right? so why...?
I believe the skin cells do burst in a hypotonic solution, it just takes a REALLY long time to get to that point (ie. dead bodies found in river...). But it has to do with the way the skin is set up, your skin is made up of what is called a "phospholipid bi-layer". The outer layer is made up of lipid based hydrophobic heads, which are water proof/resistant to a certain extent. ... I hope I have not just confused you.
8. What's the best EYELINER to use?

9. How do I make a water proof wire connection?
You can find "waterproof crimp connectors" easily enough. (Google for some examples.) For this low voltage, low current application, crimp connectors sold for telephone wiring will be just fine. I've made waterproof splice connections by soldering the wires, slipping a piece of heat-shrink tubing over the splice, and filling the tube with silicone caulk. After the caulk had set, I applied heat to shrink the tube, compressing the caulk against the splice. Very waterproof, but overkill for my needs. Commercial connectors would have been a lot less hassle.
10. What kind of paint should I use for my garage floor?
I agree with First one said. Any paint should be water proof. If the paint you want do not water proof, you can cover one more layer on waterproof paint, such as cover your car by water proof car cover when you park it outdoor.

13. if your a crafty person help? 10 pts!?
The people saying "Mod Podge" and "Decopauge" are correct! It's the same stuff that is in the bottles of "puzzle saver". It leaves a stiff shiny coating when it dries, but it is not water proof. It's basically thinned out white glue, so if it gets wet, it will get all gluey again. Try using a sponge paint brush to apply it and let it dry. For a really cool effect, apply a second coat, this time sweeping the brush aroun in swirls... leaves a really cool painting effect! Looks like brush strokes. We did this for a really cool fairy poster we put together (My teen daughter and I) and hung it on her wall. It looks really nice!!! Have fun!!!
